Eva-Maria Liimets is the Head of Strategy for Eastern Partnership and Western Balkans at the Estonian Centre for International Development (ESTDEV).
She was the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia from 2021 until 2022. Eva-Maria Liimets has graduated from Tartu University in 1996 and obtained MBA in International Business Management at Estonian Business School in 2005.
