Adhele Tuulas leads the sales and partnerships team for data exchange technologies at Cybernetica, an R&D intensive Estonian ICT company, which is known as one of the architects behind e-Estonia. In her role, Adhele builds strategic partnerships to support government executives in the establishment of future-proof interoperability for efficient e-governance. She advises public and private sector leaders on interoperability and secure data exchange, supports planning the technology implementation, and guides the creation of regional stakeholder networks. Adhele holds a Master of Arts degree in Political Science and Central Eastern European Studies from the University of Glasgow.
