Ants Sild is a consultant and lecturer on ICT strategic management, educational strategies & digital skills development for nations, acting as the Chairman of BCS Digital Skills Academy, the leading Estonian company for Societal Digital Skills training since 1993. He is also the founder and consultant of e-Governance Academy and a member of the Estonian ICT Skills Council and Chairman of the ICT Occupational Qualifications Awarding Body. Ants Sild holds a PhD and his fields of interest are gaining national competitive advantage through digital skills development, national Life-long Learning and Skills Development Strategies, ICT education and ICT in education, digital maturity in public and private organizations, roles and competencies of top management and politicians for digital maturity, IT competence frameworks and competence development, Occupational Qualifications and certification in ICT. He has been a lecturer and programme head for training programmes on Digital Development Strategies for top government officials from more than 30 developed and developing countries.
