David Eaves is an Associate Professor of Digital Transformation at the Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose at UCL. David cofounded Teaching Public Service in a Digital Age, which has sought to bring together faculty from around the world to co-design a curriculum to teach digital competencies for future public leaders. In addition to his teaching David advises Co-Develop, a philanthropic fund that helps emerging markets deploy digital public infrastructure. He also was a co-founder and CEO of a successful GovTech firm that grew to serve over 300 government clients.
