Koffi Fabrice Djossou has more than 15 years of experience in ICT public policy development and strategy. He is a former technical assistant of the African Union Commission on Policy and Regulation for Digital Africa (PRIDA) project. He is also an author and researcher and his main research interests are digital economy, cybersecurity and ICT industry in Africa.
